• Be aware that our license agreement for Workspace and Bloomberg only permits current members of the University to use to use our terminals.

• Check the availability of the resource you are interested in by identifying the free sessions on the Workspace & Bloomberg calendars below.
• Check the opening times of the Library before booking - During Vacation the Libary is only open between 9am - 5pm and is closed at the weekend

• Place separate booking requests if you want to book multiple time slots or times on both Workspace & Bloomberg.
• Remember that sessions are 1 hour in duration (with the possibility of extending them if demand permits).
• Wait until you get an email from the library before assuming that your session has been confirmed.
